[squid-users] Squid 4.17 read/write failure

Hi

I'm using squid 4.17 and sometimes the internet surf drop for a while 
and then back again, i manage to catch this error on cache.log

Can you help to understand this issue?
This is a problem on Squid or Squid box or something related with 
network, firewall, ISP…?
