[squid-users] moving squid from centos 7 to ubuntu 22.04

thanks Amos, sorry im so used to downloading and compiling packages as
centos never comes with the latest packages
but i still need to download/install package clamAV as i imagine the clamAV
adapter needs the clamAV package still
