[squid-users] fool windows into thinking it has internet access

Good question, as on my squid proxy I have whitelisted all of the Adobe
URLs needed for Adobe cc
On windows clients, to even open the Adobe cc app, it needs internet
access, now as this pc is on a production network, it can't have internet
access so I have fooled it and now I can open the cc app
