[squid-users] icap adaptation chains with adaptation sets

it only works, if i use icap services directly, like:

icap_service b1 reqmod_precache ...
icap_service m1 reqmod_precache ...

adaptation_service_chain checks b1 m1
adaptation_access checks allow all

But then we have no redundancy...
