[squid-users] squid -N

i have
cache_effective_user proxy
cache_effective_group proxy
wen i use squid without -N group and owner ar both proxy for swap.state
wen i use squid -N swap.state group stay proxy but owner change to root
and it give access deny
is this bug ??
