[squid-users] Squid proxy not working when upgrade from 27 to 3.5

This error in IE browser when the connection is go through the squid proxy
server


This site can’t be reached
uathrms.oubb.edu.hk refused to connect.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
