[squid-users] Sending json error messages

I believe ICAP or eCAP would be better suited for our needs. But
having invested into the external_acl_type helper way of working, I am
exploring what best can be done.
I hope there is a simple way to do this.
Also, ICAP is essentialy another web-server (unless I use eCAP) that I
would like to avoid.
