In my primitive test, an error:invalid-request response does go through
the http_reply_access rules, as expected:
2016/08/17 16:10:11.206| 88,2| client_side_reply.cc(2049)
processReplyAccessResult: The reply for NONE error:invalid-request is
ALLOWED
