Hello,

Recently 2 different squid boxes grows from ~40% cpu usage to 100% without
any changes to config/banwidth/number of clients/etc

The problems forced me to bypass squid until the problem found .
Right now even 10% of users can make squid 100% .

Info

Squid is in tproxy mode with routing

Ubuntu Linux 16.04 , 4.4.0-34-generic on x86_64
