[squid-users] Trying the SmpCarpCluster example

Please try replacing backend.conf http_port line with:
  http_port localhost:400${process_number}

The latest Debian use IPv6 by default, so I think the frontend is trying
to contact [::1] instead of 127.0.0.1.
