Yes. Straight from the code here is what is counted as a hit and added
into the relevant HIT statistic (HIT count, bandwidth used, ratios, etc):

 HIT
 IMS_HIT
 REFRESH_FAIL
 REFRESH_UNMODIFIED
 NEGATIVE_HIT
 MEM_HIT
 OFFLINE_HIT

The rest are accounted as MISS events.
