How long these problems by Google?

Also, possible you use collapsing forwarding, or something like in your
Squid configuration?

May be, you usr HTTP headers manipulation, which can confusing Google?

Generally, show us squid.conf.

Moreover, what is your external IP? Is it can be blacklisted for any
reason. Did your check it?

To troubleshoot similar problem SA usually uses sufficiently large
checklist.
