New  build 2.05 <https://sourceforge.net/projects/squidvideosbooster>  

- New option "-g" to enable the Global Generic Patterns acting with
"not-yet" identified websites.
	This option will do its best to de-duplicate all websites.
- Bugs fix
- New websites added (600+)
