[squid-dev] basic_ncsa_auth TCP_DENIED/403

Hello Community,

i am running  squid Version 3.5.28 
i have noticed a strange behaviour
when using basic_ncsa_auth  with users some of the major websited do not
allow access with error TCP_DENIED/403 
when using the basic acl auth without users acl localnet src x.x.x.x 
everything works like a charm ?

i have seen a lot of posts on the internet but could not find a solution ?

any advices are welcome
