[squid-dev] max_url : Pls, into squid.conf

I get a quite a few error msgs like
urlParse: URL too large (9182 bytes)
in cache.log
I suspect, they are most likely from some ads, however, they make the web
page appear slow to complete rendering.

Hesitating to patch defines.h directly, I kindly ask for
an additional parameter in squid.conf
