[squid-dev] How does Squid blocks HTTP request

Hi,

I am trying to understand the squid and want to know how does squid handle
incoming HTTP request and filter the request based on the settings provided
in the squid.config file and how does request redirects to "Access Delayed
Page".
(The operation of this part is in which class or function).
