[squid-dev] url_rewrite_program doesn't work, redirector helpers are crashing

Nod. 0 is one of the possible values. So be sure to return the
channel-ID if any numeric at all is in that position.

The error Squid was logging seems to indicate that your helper was being
given an ID and not returning it (perhapse it was "0 ..." from Squid?)
