[squid-dev] FYI: trunk ContextPtr changes

Hi all,
  Apologies in advance for any instability that might hit trunk SSL
support in the coming week or so. Or affects it might have on your
current OpenSSL-related works.

I am applying the patches removing the buggy Security::ContextPtr type
from trunk.

I have split the work into batches to prevent it being one huge hairy
change diff that nobody can read. If all goes well there should be zero
noticable effects. Though the Pointer type is implicitly adding
background logic changes to the reference counting, so its not a
completely non-logic change.
