[squid-dev] Squid for Windows/AD authentication

Hi,
  you'd have to ask to who supplied you the binary packages. The squid
project only distributes in source form, and there is no plan that I
am aware of to change that.
Unfortunately, setting a build environment up on Windows is not easy.
