Ok, this is very strange, it’s now not crashing - but the behaviour (and logging) is the same as before - there must have been something wrong with my build.
Have you been able to reproduce independently? The config is essentially from http://wiki.squid-cache.org/Features/SslPeekAndSplice (Peek at SNI and Bump) where the haveServerName ACL is an external.
