[squid-dev] Hello and ssl_bump and External ACLs - 4.0.2

I did send this to the mailing list yesterday but it was rejected due to the size of the attachment. However, I wanted to give this feedback on the patch.

Thankyou all for your help, however, the patch now crashes squid...

Logging was 82,9
