Update:

The 3.5 feature set is now completed. Branching of 3.5 should have
occured mid-September, but has been held up by the server troubles. It
will now happen at the next opportunity which does not affect the
recovery efforts.

FYI: there is no need to hold back on bzr usage other than to avoid
potentially de-stabilizing commits.

Please concentrate on bug fixes. There are a lot outstanding.
