This is a heads up for anyone currently wanting to use Squid BZR
service in the next few hours.

The sysadmin team is moving the BZR service tonight to a new home. SSH
access for commits may become unavailable until DNS updates propigate.

HTTP access should remain possible for the duration (we think).

Also, commit access to persons with legacy accounts is being pruned.
Only those known to be actively comitting code recently will be added
to the new home.

Apologies in advance if anything goes wrong.
