[squid-dev] R: MinGW build of Squid-3.5

Hi Amos,

I'm in the way to rebuild my VMware infrastructure, now I'm very short in resources .... 
Currently the build machine is powered off, when the new VMware host will be ready, I can power on again the build machine, adding more memory and CPU to the VM (now is 1 vCPU with 1 GB memory .... )
