[squid-dev] A question about delay pools.

I noticed in the past that we do not try to support delay_pools on the
proxy server software but rather use the OS QOS.
I remember some talk about it but it's something is not sitting well
in my head.

I would be glad to get a response on what are the roots for the
decision (if indeed it's a decision) to not continue support for
delay_pools.
