After this the "child" squid process can not be killed, even
by systemd, <br>
even by kill -9.<br>
<br>
It appears that squid "main" process (owned by root user) does
not hang <br>
and hence connections on port 8080 are accepted.<br>
<br>
But squid child process (owned by proxy user) hangs and never
recovers <br>
after above dmesg. And hence nothing happens and connection
times out.<br>
