both ipv4 and ipv6 if both DNS records were available.

Whoops - I go that wrong - I do have that defined. Sorry - I have
two squid servers I'm playing at and I was looking at the wrong one.<br>

So I do have "dns_v4_first" defined, but in either case there seems
to be a problem with resolving "A" records for me - but I'll disable
"dns_v4_first" so that the error message is less surprising :-)<br>
