</span>Since you are using "sub" as search scope, you simply have to move up<br>
one level in the base-DN tree.<br>
Change the parameter<br>
-b cn=users,dc=empresa,dc=com,dc=br<br>
to<br>
-b dc=empresa,dc=com,dc=br<br>
