</span>No. Just those of you having it.<br>

I am suspecting that the problem is related to CONNECT tunnels. Since<br>
HTTPS traffic is on the rise, the tunnel handling did not used to do<br>
delay pools (counting upload traffic but not delay it), and I'm not sure<br>
if that got fixed or not.<br>
