[squid-users] Squid won't listen to ipv4

How have you determined this?  Have you tried connecting to its IPv4 address 
and encountered an error?  If so, what is that error?

Nor do I.  What is wrong with the above?

What does the output of "netstat -lptn | grep 3128" show?
