[squid-users] squid: ERROR: Could not send signal 1 to process 4711: (1) Operation not permitted

hi ,
I have this error  after an update of my centos 6.6 system.
Logs files are empty and  i can't stop ou restart squid.

squid -v
Squid Cache: Version 3.1.23

ps -fu squid
