Something like this? http_access allow password internetfull Internetfullthrottle is a "fake" rule because the following http_access allow password internetfull is less restrictive. Is it right?

If I understand well I have to use a "fake" slow acl, to have cached results, and then use in the fast acl delay_access. Thanks
