Raf,

this version doesn't work with SSL-bump (I've tested, now it runs on my
notebook ;)) and yes, this is not latest version. :)  Also I miss
storeid helper (it is absent in this release).

I've tried to build 3.5.0.4 with MinGW on Windows 7, but I did not get. :)

But Diladele squid is nice try, I've changed old Squid 2 from Guido to
this version. ;)
