Oops, that should be pointing at
<http://wiki.squid-cache.org/Features/eCAP> though I see Alex has not
updated it yet for eCAP 1.0.

There may be something more at http://www.e-cap.org/

- From the Squid user perspective it is configured the same AFAIK. The
big changes are in the plugin developer API presented by eCAP.
