[squid-dev] Make external acl cache availble through a public interface

Hello all,

My name is Daniel Santos and I am a DevOps in Brazil. I am currently
working on a captive portal project and would like to be able to evict
external_acl replies from cache. Could anyone give me some directions on
how to make external_acl.cc funcions available to an external caller?
