[squid-dev] error dpkg --configure squid

It looks like you have some custom init script which are preventing
insserv scheduling the Squid one properly.

dpkg errors are a Debian issue not Squid. Please contact your OS vendor
about this.

PS. You should use the dpkg --debug=help feature to find out what is
actually going on.
