Thankyou all for your help, however, the patch now crashes squid...

Logging was 82,9

Attached with GDB to get debug info - 

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x00007fc5e7e109a7 in makeExternalAclKey (ch=ch at entry=0x7fc5ea5513d8, acl_data=acl_data at entry=0x7fc5e934c2d8) at external_acl.cc:744

Attached is the cache log (at ALL,9) on stock 4.0.2.
