I will need to read the release notes soon.

One thing I was unsure is the meaning of:
"  --with-openssl=PATH     Compile with the OpenSSL libraries. The path 
to the
                           OpenSSL development libraries and headers
                           installation can be specified if outside of the
                           system standard directories
"

My first understanding was that it will not auto detect installed headers.
