[squid-dev] [PATCH] Coverity-fixes, part 1: EnumIterator

Hi,
   this is the first of a series of patches stemming from the
coverity-fixes effort.
The aim of this first submission  is to implement WholeEnum and EnumRange
and supporting unit tests.
